How To Exhibit
It is a simple Procedures of participation:
- All exhibitors and their staffs assigned to man the booth are strictly requested to wear exhibitor badges at all time during move-in, move-out and throughout the entire show period.
- Exhibitors are not allowed to exhibit any products which are faked or infringe on others copyrights.
- If exhibitors need to work outside the listed time, please inform the organizer in advance and pay the required additional fee.
- Exhibitors are reminded to strictly follow the show schedule listed in the show info.
- If exhibitors require any special assistance or advice, please contact the organizer.
- For exhibitors with precious exhibits, they are requested to take out insurance coverage and/or special security service at their own expense for overnight storage.
- Exhibitors are responsible to take out all necessary insurance to cover their exhibits, the booth fittings and fixtures, the venue and other third parties
- Organizer undertakes no financial or legal responsibility for any type of risk concernin
