Description
Nearly 250 exhibitors from eight countries showcased their products in an integrated design industry, which took place at the Polfish Expo. The premiere project combined the four major titles Fair: 15 Fair of Bakery, Confectionery and Ice Cream BALTPIEK, 17 Fair of Equipment and Supplies Catering, Hotels and Shops GASTROEXPO, co-financed by the Fund for Promotion of Milk - 16 Fair and Dairy MILKY REVUE 12 International Fair of Fish Processing and Fish Products POLFISH.
Under the Polfish Poland Expo / Fair, there were also competitions for exhibitors, including: Mercurius Prize Medal Gedanesis Fair BALTPIEK and GASTROEXPO 2013 and Special Awards (trophies Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development) for the best products presented at the fair, the competition for the Grand Prix Mercurius Gedanensis POLFISH 2013 Competition for the Golden Milk Show in 2013 and the Cup of the President of the National Association of Dairy Cooperatives. New this year was BALTPIEK fair competition for the best baking fairs President's Cup MTG. This unique bread baking has been recognized on a leaf of horseradish Bakery-Confectionery Slawomir Mielnik.
