The conference programme is being developed by the Scientific Committee on the basis of the structure proposed by the Core Group. The Scientific Committee is chaired by Prof. Eugen Brhwiler, CH.
Be Part of the Solution The conference will focus on Structural Engineering as a key industry for addressing global challenges and ensuring sustainable growth of our society by providing a high quality built environment. We will debate future responsibilities and interfaces to other disciplines, and engage a wider community as well as important decision makers. New Conference format High-level, visionary debates and keynote speakers, specialised problem solving workshops and ad-hoc sessions. The conference will feature novel approaches for knowledge sharing and a maximum of interaction between participants. Participation and output The conference programme will be generated largely by your contributions using an online platform. The conference content will be consolidated and will form the basis for new IABSE initiatives such as Working Groups.
