- Rural Infrastructural Facilities investment would be about 3 trillion RMB during 2011-2020
- The road investment in central and western regions will increase by 2.23 times: the amount of investment in Xinjiang would be 1200 trillion RMB, Ningxia would be 54 billion, and Guizhou would be 276.4 billion
- The total amount of Rail Transport investment would be more than 1 trillion RMB to build over 2500 kilometers metro and other urban rail transportations in the future 5 years
