Reservation of Radisson Blu Hotel and Ramada Plaza requires credit card guarantee and shall not be canceled within one month to the fair.Since hotel rooms are very limited during the fair, you may fax us on the number of rooms that you need and we will reserve the rooms for you.
Please inform us of your specific schedule with one month to the fair and we will re-confirm your reservation, after which you shall not cancel the reservation.Any reservation without deposit shall be informed to us ahead of time and you shall arrive at the hotel no later than 6:00PM that day.
