The first Basrah Food Expo 2013 welcomed 145 companies from 125 different countries and provided a huge platform for international business partnerships. During the exhibition, approximately $500 million trading volume emerged and with the effect of the fair, annual trading volume of 2011 is estimated as $1,2 billion. The visitor number reached to 16.000, which also included Chairman of Basra Provincial Council, local administrators, investment commission, municipality members.
BASRAH FOOD EXPO, the international trade exhibition for agriculture and food which will be held on 22-25th Feb 2013 will offer exhibitors an exceptional opportunity to meet buyers and decision makers from all over Iraq and Middle East.
