HEMTEX- 2008 is an exclusive showcase of Machineries, Machine Tools and Engineering products. The objective of this expo is to bring together under one roof, the manufacturers, traders and distributors of the latest range of machineries, machine tools, Instrumentation to the industry leaders, key personnel, entrepreneurs, government bodies, and private organizations. General Information
ABOUT HOSUR
Hosur is part of the Krishnagiri district. It is located about 40 kilometers south-east of Bangalore. During 1980s industrialization began with the help of SIPCOT and Hosur gradually developed into a busy industrial town. TVS Motors and Ashok Leyland are famous Indian automobile companies which have their manufacturing units in Hosur. It is also known as Little England for its climatic conditions. Hosur is known on these days not only for its climatic condition but for the thousands of industries located here. The units located at Hosur manufacture sophisticated products ranging from Abrasives, automobile parts, motor cycles, mopeds, trucks, diesel engines, textiles, electronics, power shift transmissions, CNC,castings, Chemicals forgings, Heat Treatment, Metal Finishers, hosiery knitting needles to textile machineries, welding and wire mesh industries etc. |
