The Lightweight Metals and Composite symposium is part of the Conference of Metallurgists which is hosted in 2016 by the International Mineral Processing Congress (IMPC 2016) in Canada.

The Symposium intends to bring together fundamental and applied research knowledge in the context of the growing global need for greener materials and resources.
