Mining Industry Expo is a new exhibition ground for mining industry of Ukraine. Being a part of International Forum "Fuel and Energy Complex of Ukraine: the Present and the Future" held in Kyiv annually since 2003 by the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine, Mining Industry Expo is the key sector event for coal mining industry of Ukraine. The trade fair is aimed at attracting invesments and modern effective equipment and technologies to the coal mining sector of Ukraine. Besides coal mining, the trade fair is the gate for up-to-date world technologies for metal ores and nonmetalic minerals mining and processing which sector in Ukraine is among the largest in Europe.
